Our COVID-19 Updates

Safety in the studio is our number one priority.
At this time, we are still holding regularly scheduled classes, but as CDC & WHO recommendations regarding COVID-19 evolve and update, classes may be subject to cancellation.

We want to be an outlet for you during this time but also exercise care and caution for the greater good of our community. If classes are cancelled, we will share online resources via our Instagram to keep ya'll moving and in *aerial shape* at home.

Kristen is out of the studio 3/15-3/18, as previously planned, so there are no Silks classes this Sunday through Tuesday.
Jessica will still hold her regular Lyra classes.
And Beth will guest teach an Aerial Bootcamp Wednesday at 5pm & Silks Level II Wednesday at 6pm.

With the social distancing recommendations & operating out of a shared space, we will continue to keep our class sizes small and fastidiously clean & disinfect frequently touched surfaces per CDC recommendations.

What we ask of our students:

+ Please DO NOT come to class if you're not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is sick. If you are exhibiting signs of illness, you will not be allowed to participate or enter the studio.

+ Wash your hands in the studio prior to class and after, minimum of 20 seconds.
Students are REQUIRED to thoroughly wash hands before and after lessons!

+ Avoid touching your face; cover coughs and sneezes; and then, wash your hands again.

+ BYO yoga mat, props, and full water bottle(s)!
We will not use shared props at this time during warm up or cool down, so if there is a peanut, resistance band, or foam roller you need, please bring it with you.
While we do our best to keep the floor clean, we operate out of a shared space. Bringing a yoga mat (please clean prior to activity) will ensure the surface you interact with during warm up and cool down is in your control.
We do have a water cooler, but please bring your own full water bottle (or two) to limit touching your water bottle to the water cooler or interacting with another shared surface.

+ BYO rosin. If you have rosin, please bring it; otherwise, we may limit usage of shared rosin. The homemade rosin is 90% alcohol based but a shared container.
If you have a small spray bottle at home, we can help you make a personal batch.

+ Pick an apparatus & stay there. Please do not share apparatuses during class, you get an 'assigned' silk or lyra during class.

+ Unfortunately, Kids classes will be canceled through 3/29. Because the majority of the children students require hands-on spotting, it is in the best interest of the studio to halt theses classes in the interim. Kristen will be available for private lessons.

This is a lot of information & we are constantly being bombarded with updates of do's & don'ts. We want to make the best decision possible with the information we have. While we acknowledge it's frustrating to be home and practice social distancing, being sick or infecting others is much worse. We appreciate our student base and are putting the onus on our students to make the best decisions for themselves.
Be well & Take care! We look forward to flying with you more in the future!!
