Aerial Fitness - LIVE!

To Stay Aerial Fit - Live Class Offerings 

Our *LIVE* class schedule is now available; registration is not required, but the confirmation page provides you with our Meeting ID. You can also email socoaerialcollective@gmail.com to receive the ID. These classes are conditioning, strengthening, and endurance FLOOR exercises you can do at home without an apparatus. Yoga blocks or pillows, a chair, yoga mat, and/or resistance band may be useful but not necessary.

Classes will be broadcast on Zoom. You can create an account at zoom.us and then, download the Zoom app for free on your mobile, PC or Mac. I recommend running the audio and video tests prior to the class meeting times.

Technology allowing, I will also be on Facebook Live. Our first general exercise (from this morning) is posted on our Facebook page, available for you to access and work along with!

* If you have an apparatus at home, I am available for Virtual Aerial Private Lessons to help keep you committed to your goals *

* If you
do not have an apparatus at home and are interested in creating a work-out plan specific to your goals, I am also available for Virtual Private Lessons *


Classes will be donation-based, if you are able to contribute; if not, I more than understand & am happy to be an outlet.

Suggested donation: sliding scale $10-$15, or class donation from current package/membership.

I'm truly at a loss of words with all of the constant updates inundating us these past weeks. 
All I can say is, I am grateful for YOU and missing our students this week has been challenging! I'm excited to use Zoom as a platform to interact with everyone and keep us working together.

I wish everyone some moments of detachment to enjoy genuine time with family, neighbors, friends, or even alone.
Thank you for your support and being a part of our aerial community - you all contribute to keeping us a positive & motivating fitness environment, regardless of our format!
