Private Lessons

  • Pricing: $75 for 60 minutes,
    can be shared between 2 flyers
    For groups of 3 or more, additional flyers are $35 per person

  • Format: in-person, virtual, or video consult

  • Location: private outdoor space in Forestville, CA

  • BYO full water bottle & yoga mat

  • Schedule: Mon -Thu 10:30am-7pm; Sun 3-7pm

Group Lessons

  • Pricing: $120 package for 4 or more consecutive classes OR
    $35 for one-time Drop In (plus credit card processing fees)

  • Format: in-person, group classes; 60-75 minutes

  • Location: Vertex Climbing Center, Santa Rosa, CA
    (beginning 1/21/24)
